What Does Refurbished Mean?

Refurbished medical equipment functions as well as new equipment. The refurbishment process is intended to return a product to manufacturer’s standards, which includes: inspection, recalibration, replacement of worn parts, cosmetic maintenance, excellent working condition.

Is everything you sell listed on your website?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All items in stock are shipped within 48 hours after getting the payment.

What is the safest way to pay ?

We accept Paypal and wire bank transfert

At GPM, quality and trust are key words : Our customers are welcome to come and see the items in our Paris warehouse or in any other places where the equipment is located.

We pay the flight ticket*and hotel's* customer so you feel home even if you are abroad.

You inspect, test the machine and only when you are back home, you can send the payment and we ship you the item.

To guarantee you the item, we will ask you to wire transfert 20%of the total value to book it.

If you are too busy to travel,we will ask you to pay 100% of the value before sending you the item.

How long is the warranty on refurbished equipment?

Refurbished equipment comes with a 90 days warranty, which is the standard in the industry.

Warranties do not cover equipment malfunction caused by customer abuse or acts of nature.

Does refurbished equipment come with all accessories?

Yes, refurbished equipment comes with all accessories, unless otherwise stated.

Where do you ship to?

We ship every business day in France.

Will I be charged for shipping?

Yes, you will be charged for shipping. The charges depend on the weight and quantity of boxes as well as where you are located.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

Most orders are shipped by truck, crated in wooden boxes for Europe.

20/40f containers are also used to ship worldwide.

What if I need an item that I do not see on the website?

If you need an item that is not on our website, just give us a call. Our website is only a small sample of the most commonly purchased items.
